The check-in process was impressively quick, with the staff providing a very warm welcome. The room was bright and spacious for our family of three, and the breakfast buffet was a delightful way to start the day. However, the noise from the street was disruptive, and an electric fan was needed for comfort, as the air conditioning wasn't adequate. Additionally, I was not pleased that the bathtub was unavailable for use during our stay.

My family and I were thoroughly disappointed with our stay. The lack of air conditioning made our rooms uncomfortably warm, and the offered fan was inadequate for a place that bills itself as a 4-star hotel. To top it off, the unfriendly reminders about check-out time made us feel harassed, ruining any chance of relaxation during our vacation.

The location was perfect for exploring the city, just a quick drive to attractions. The staff were super friendly, helping us find a cab each time we went out. Loved the thick, comfy robes too! 😊

Had a decent time at Holiday Inn Baguio. The room was nice and spacious, which made lounging around enjoyable. The breakfast buffet seriously hit the spot! Just a heads-up, parking can be a bit of a hassle if you’re driving.

I had an awesome time with my friends at this hotel! We visited the Botanical Garden and made a stop at Burnham Park. The staff was amazing, super helpful, and the hotel is located right in the middle of everything. Don't skip the breakfast buffet. it’s perfect for starting your day.

However, the parking situation was a bit tight, so keep that in mind if you're driving a bigger vehicle.

Wi-fi was fast. Needed more time for laundry. Enjoyed flat-screen TV.

The room I stayed in was spacious, which offered plenty of comfort. The city view from the room was stunning, providing a wonderful backdrop for my stay. The bed was exceptionally comfy, making it easy to unwind after a long day!

Unfortunately, I couldn't use the bathtub since it was cold.

Recommend it for families with children

We had this very nice family room with three big beds,, which made my family literally oversleep because the bed was so comfy. The sunlight pouring in through our window was fine and the fresh air felt so relaxing on our skin, like a breath of fresh life, y'know.

It wasn’t inexpensive, but given the comforts and the benefits,, still acceptable.
